Ryan Klas

Ryan is the Finance Lead for 301 INC, having spent more than half of his professional career within private markets. Prior to 301 INC, Ryan ran a multi-billion dollar portfolio of private investments on behalf of the General Mills Pension inclusive of private equity, venture capital, real estate, energy, and infrastructure. Before coming to General Mills, Ryan worked in Investments at Ameriprise.

In addition to his finance roles, Ryan has served on the board of several CPG companies, working to drive alpha beyond investment. Ryan has a Bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and is currently an MBA candidate at the University of St. Thomas. Ryan resides in Minneapolis with his wife and dog, and enjoys dirt biking and skiing in his free time.
