Kennedy Cole leads the iSquad, an internal consulting group that specializes in strategy and innovation for General Mills. The iSquad leverages their proprietary I3 approach of creative problem solving to identify robust opportunity areas for innovation. They run boot camps for brand teams to help them identify actionable strategies to drive growth. They also dig into strategic challenges for the enterprise to develop new approaches to win in the marketplace. The iSquad has coached the development of new product and core growth strategies across General Mills operating units, including numerous international engagements.
Kennedy holds an MBA from the University of Texas and began his career with General Mills in marketing in 2002. Kennedy loves spending time on the water and adventurous travel with his wife, Bronwyn and two daughters.
